Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
• Property interest: searches, saved favorites, home value requests, and showing requests.
• Transaction information you share with us as a client or collaborator.
• Site usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and IP address.
• Text-message consent records: the number you provided, the wording you agreed to, the page it came from, and the date and time.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services.
• To schedule and confirm showings and appointments.
• To send account, transaction, and listing updates you asked for.
• To improve the site and understand what is useful.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

Text messaging and your mobile number

We will never sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive from the Helmig Real Estate Team. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider solely to carry out that delivery.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or emailing Travis@travishelmig.com. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website and database hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, mapping, e-signature, and CRM providers — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We may also share information with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to a transaction you are part of, with your knowledge, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
