Property information, valuations, market data, and estimates shown on this site are provided for general information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Always verify details independently and consult qualified professionals before making a decision.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or that violate these terms.

4. Electronic communications

By creating an account or submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you electronically by email about your inquiry, your account, and transactions you are part of. These service messages are separate from marketing text messages, which require the separate consent described below.

5. Text messaging terms

If you provide your mobile number and check the text-message consent box, you agree to receive text messages from the Helmig Real Estate Team about showing confirmations, appointment reminders, listing updates, and account notifications.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email Travis@travishelmig.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any real estate service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, scrape or republish listing data without permission, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the operation of the site.

7. Intellectual property

The site content, branding, photography, and software are owned by the Helmig Real Estate Team or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Helmig Real Estate Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
